About Us
The Prescott Ford Family Foundation is an independent private foundation based in North Grafton, Massachusetts. We support and launch non‑profit initiatives in environmental stewardship, urban green spaces, and community connection.

Together with our neighbors, we build greener, sustainable, and welcoming places to live, work, and play.
Mission
To fund and deliver nonprofit projects in urban greening and community‑led public space improvements through grants, partnerships, and volunteer programs.

Urban Tree Planting & Habitat
Planting and caring for street and park trees; restoring native vegetation along lakes, streams, and paths.
People‑Friendly Public Spaces
Shade, walking loops, rest nooks, and gathering corners that help neighbors connect.
Less Litter, More Awareness
Recurring clean‑ups, source separation pilots, and local business partnerships to reduce single‑use plastics.
Micro‑grants for Resident Groups
Small grants and in‑kind support (saplings, tools, supplies) for community clubs and neighborhood teams.

Fall 2025 Community Tree‑Planting Day
- Date & Time: Sunday, October 19, 2025, 8:00–12:00
- Location: Silver Lake Park, North Grafton, MA
- Goal: Plant 500 native trees and clean up paths around the lake.
- How to join: Please pre‑register so we can group teams and prep tools.
